Rowing trains legs, back, arms and endurance in one movement. Our five rowing machines differ mainly in the type of resistance: magnetic on the RA11, RA20 and RA12, water on the RA18 Pro and magnetic plus air on the RA10 Pro. They also differ in maximum load, space and features, and the RA12 has moving 3D rowing arms.
