If you work at a desk a lot, you want to bring movement into your day without interrupting your work. There are two ways to do this: pedal while sitting with a desk bike, or walk while standing with a walking pad. Both devices have their strengths. Choose the desk bike H26 if …
- you don't have a height-adjustable desk: The H26 comes with its own desktop with room for your laptop and a drink.
- you prefer to sit while working: You pedal evenly, your upper body and hands stay still.
- you want to work your legs specifically: Eight resistance levels range from easy to demanding.
- you weigh more than 120 kg: The H26 is designed for up to 150 kg.
Choose the walking pad T25 if …
- you already have a height-adjustable desk: Simply slide the T25 underneath it.
- you want to collect steps: You are on your feet and moving instead of sitting all day.
- the device should disappear after work: At 12.9 cm high when folded, it fits under a sofa or bed.
- you also want to walk briskly during breaks: up to 6 km/h and 5 % incline.
How to set up a walking pad at your desk properly and at what speed you can still work is explained in detail in our article Treadmill for the desk.
