2in1: Ergometer & full-body trainer in One Device
The AsVIVA R7 is both a recumbent ergometer and a full-body trainer. While your legs pedal, the dynamic workout arms also engage your arms, shoulders, and back. This allows you to burn more calories in less time and train your whole body – two machines, one goal.
18 kg Flywheel for a Quiet, Smooth Motion
At the heart of the R7 is the 18 kg flywheel. Combined with the magnetic resistance system and quiet belt drive, it ensures a smooth, seamless motion – powerful in operation and pleasantly quiet during use.
Joint-friendly cardio training for back & knees
Thanks to the reclined seating position with a backrest, your workout is especially gentle on your back, knees, and hips. This makes the R7 ideal for health-conscious cardio training, for beginners, returning athletes, and seniors looking to improve their endurance effectively while protecting their joints.
Ergonomic comfort: adjustable seat with backrest
The adjustable seat, ergonomically shaped backrest, and soft padding ensure high workout comfort. This keeps you sitting stably, upright, and back-friendly even during longer sessions – comfort that works out with you during every session.
Easy access thanks to a 90° swivel seat
The seat can be adjusted tool-free along the rail to match your leg length and rotated 90° to the side. This makes getting on and off noticeably easier – ideal for users who value comfortable, safe access.
Sturdy, quiet, and reliable – day after day
The AsVIVA R7 is designed for regular use: a sturdy construction, high-quality craftsmanship, and the quiet belt drive make it a durable, apartment-friendly exercise machine that is reliably ready for you every day.
Focus on your heart rate thanks to hand pulse sensors
Via the integrated hand pulse sensors on the handles, the R7 measures your heart rate directly during your workout. This allows you to keep an eye on your pulse and train safely and specifically in your target pulse zone.
Real-time heart rate monitoring – chest strap compatible
For even more precise values, the R7 can be paired with a compatible Bluetooth chest strap (optional). This gives you a real-time view of your pulse at all times – for heart-rate-based training tailored to your personal goals.
Entertainment meets workout – tablet always in view
Thanks to the practical tablet holder, you have movies, music, and motivation right in front of you. Workout time flies by, helping you stay on track for the long term – entertainment and workout perfectly combined.
Your level, your rhythm – 32 resistance levels & 10 programs
With 32 resistance levels and 10 programs, you train precisely at your own pace – varied and effective.
