Shipping methods
Parcel (up to 40 kg): by GLS or DHL to your front door. After dispatch you receive an email with the tracking number.
Freight (over 40 kg or not parcel-compatible): the carrier arranges a delivery date with you in advance by phone or email and delivers to the curb. Please provide a valid mobile number. We do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.
Delivery times
Unless another time is stated in the offer, we deliver:
- within Germany by parcel in 1–2 business days
- within Germany by freight in 3–5 business days
- to other EU countries in 6–10 business days
The period starts when the contract is concluded, for prepayment when payment is received. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Items with different delivery times are shipped together; the longest time then applies.
Your cooperation with the delivery: The delivery times require that you can be reached by phone or email to arrange an appointment, confirm a proposed delivery date in good time and accept the goods on the agreed date. This applies in particular to freight deliveries. Any resulting delays extend the delivery time accordingly.
Collection
For collection, we will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready. Address and opening hours: Showroom & warehouse sale.

Packaging damaged? Here’s what to do
Our equipment is padded several times over and secured with strapping bands. Marks on the box therefore almost never mean that the equipment is damaged.
- Please accept the delivery – even if the box is damaged. Only refuse it if it is already visible from the outside that the contents are damaged.
- Have the driver note the damage on the delivery note, e.g. “Packaging damaged – accepted subject to inspection”.
- Take photos of the box and the delivery note with the remark.
- Then check the contents. If the equipment is damaged, contact our customer service with the photos.
Important: Only with the driver’s remark can we claim damage from the carrier and the transport insurance. Without it, the insurer will usually not accept the claim.
The payment methods we offer are listed under Payment methods & terms.
