How to get a spare part
- Find your machine. In the spare parts list you can look up your machine by name or article number.
- Identify the part. The exploded view shows which number belongs to which component. Next to it stands the article number we need.
- Send an enquiry. Send us the article number and the machine. You will receive a quote with price and delivery time.
As a rule we have spare parts in stock straight away. Rarely used parts are reordered and are usually back within less than four weeks.
Who helps you
Behind our support stands our own workshop. We repair the machines we sell and keep the parts for them – including models that disappeared from the shop long ago. That is why you will find manuals and parts lists here for machines that are years old.
