Magnetic brake system & 13 kg flywheel – smooth and jerk-free

The high-quality permanent magnetic brake system makes your rowing movements smooth and jerk-free, allowing you to execute every stroke without loss of power. The integrated 13 kg flywheel ensures a smooth, even motion and a natural rowing feel – ideal for fluid, joint-friendly workouts.

8 resistance levels – set workout intensity individually

With the permanent magnetic system, you can manually adjust the pulling resistance in 8 levels directly on the rowing machine. This allows you to tailor the workout intensity precisely to your level – from relaxed endurance rowing to demanding interval training. The RA14 grows right along with your fitness.

Full-body workout with LCD fitness computer & pulse measurement

Rowing activates your legs, glutes, back, core, arms, and shoulders in one fluid motion, resulting in high calorie burn. The LCD fitness computer tracks rowing strokes, speed, distance traveled, calories, and pulse in real time, displaying all metrics clearly. For heart rate-based training, the RA14 is chest strap compatible thanks to its built-in receiver (chest strap optional).

Whisper-quiet belt drive & ergonomic comfort seat

The multi-ball-bearing comfort seat and belt drive (Super-Silent technology) ensure whisper-quiet, pleasant gliding during your workout – ideal for apartments and multi-family homes. The padded, ergonomic seat glides on a ball-bearing roller system, remaining comfortable and easy on your back even during longer sessions.

XXL safety pedals & high maximum load up to 150 kg

The XXL safety pedals with a practical click mechanism and adjustable strap closure give your feet a secure grip with every powerful stroke. With a maximum user weight of up to 150 kg, the RA14 is designed to be robust and heavy-duty, making it suitable for a wide range of users.

Folding & roller system – space-saving storage and transportation

Short on space? No problem. The folding mechanism makes the RA14 easy to store to save space – when folded, it measures just 112 x 47 x 145 cm. Thanks to the integrated transport rollers of the Take-To-Carry-System, you can effortlessly move the lightweight 45 kg rowing machine anywhere in your home.
