Resistance is generated by real water in the tank. When pulling, an impeller moves the water—creating a realistic, smooth rowing feel just like on the water.

The LED lighting displays your current stroke rate in real time via a color system: green at 18–26 strokes per minute, blue at 27–32, and red over 32. This allows you to stay in the optimal range without constantly looking at the display.

Yes. The water resistance is progressive: the harder you pull, the higher the resistance. Additionally, you determine the base level via the amount of water in the tank.

Rowing is a full-body workout: Legs, glutes, back, core, arms, and shoulders work together in one fluid movement – burning high calories and strengthening almost all major muscle groups.

The dual rail ensures smooth seat travel, greater stability, and even power transmission – even during powerful strokes and longer sessions.

The device is designed for a body weight of up to 150 kg.

Yes. It can be folded in just a few seconds and placed vertically. When set up, it measures 201,8 x 50,4 x 62,1 cm, and when folded, 105,3 x 74,6 x 50,4 cm. Integrated transportation wheels make moving it easy.

Via Bluetooth, you can connect the RA18 Lightning to fitness apps like Kinomap and row along to outdoor videos of real routes. In addition, 16 workout programs are preinstalled in the device – no subscription is required for this.

The rowing machine itself weighs around 32 kg. For shipping, packaging and accessories are added, bringing the shipping weight to approximately 36,7 kg.

Shipping is handled by a freight carrier to the curbside. Upon request, we deliver the device pre-assembled to the place of setup – you can add this option in the shopping cart.
