Strength training at AsVIVA – strong & efficient
With the right equipment, you build targeted muscle strength, improve posture & mobility, and sustainably achieve your fitness goals. In the strength training category, you will find solutions for home gyms and studios – from space-saving home gyms with cable pulley and wall mounting to robust weight benches for free weights.
When making your selection, pay attention to material quality, safety (maximum load, locking mechanisms, sturdy frames) as well as flexibility (adjustment options, expandability). This ensures that the equipment fits your training style and available space.
Buying guide
Wall-mounted cable stations
Home gyms with cable pulley and wall mounting are ideal if you want many exercises in a small space. Look for solid guides, high-quality pulleys, fine weight increments, and secure attachment to load-bearing walls.
Adjustable weight benches
A weight bench with incline/flat/decline settings covers bench press, shoulder press, rowing & more. Important factors are a heavy-duty frame, secure locks, and durable padding – ideally combined with dumbbells or a barbell.
Safety & expandability
Rely on secure locks, non-slip handles, and a sturdy frame construction. Extensions such as additional handles, weights, or accessories make your setup future-proof – especially for home gyms with a cable pulley.
