Burn Calories Effectively with Momentum
Calorie burn while hooping is often underestimated. Because the fast, circular movements engage both endurance and numerous muscles, a full-body effort can burn up to 250 calories in 30 minutes. Actual consumption varies depending on gender, age, weight, muscle mass, and height.
Stress Relief, Good Mood, and Better Endurance
Hula hoop training is a versatile, low-impact full-body workout: It boosts fat burning, strengthens core muscles, and improves flexibility and coordination. The circular movements promote blood circulation and stimulate metabolism. At the same time, the release of endorphins puts you in a good mood and relieves stress.
Adjustable Diameter for Children and Adults
This hula hoop adapts to your height and becomes colorful sports equipment for the whole family. Vary between approx. 75, 88, and 96 cm in diameter: The 8 individual hoop sections can be clicked together easily using the simple click mechanism and adjusted to any fitness level. Note: Suitable for children aged 6 and up.
Easy to assemble – click mechanism & foam
The hoop sections are connected tool-free via a click mechanism and can be disassembled just as quickly for space-saving storage. The robust, tear-resistant plastic material is wipeable, while the soft foam coating is gentle on your body and ensures high grip during training.
Fitness fun for the whole family
Whether you want to train core stability and endurance or your child simply wants to have fun: The size of the hoop can be variably adjusted using the individual plug-in sections. A hula hoop is a versatile piece of training equipment for beginners and advanced users – it strengthens core muscles, improves stamina, promotes flexibility, and supports weight loss.

Effective hula hoop training for a slim waist
Training with a hula hoop requires dynamic movements and body tension. Because the focus is especially on the core, hooping primarily targets your abs, core, and waist. But it also effectively tones your glutes, leg muscles, and improves posture. That way, the HH1 combines cardio and strength-endurance training into a single, motivating movement.
Choose the right size – for beginners and advanced users
The smaller and lighter a hula hoop is, the more challenging the workout. Larger, heavier hoops are easier to swing and therefore ideal for beginners. Rule of thumb: the more experienced the hooper, the smaller and lighter the diameter can be. Thanks to the 8 plug-in sections, you can adjust the HH1 to approx. 75, 88, and 96 cm to match your exact level – from your first attempts to ambitious workouts.
Soft foam padding – durable and robust
The plastic material of the ring sections is not only robust and tear-resistant, but also wipeable and easy to clean. To protect your body, the ring sections are covered with soft foam padding. This additionally ensures a firm grip and a comfortable feel during every workout session.
Simple click mechanism & space-saving storage
The Hula-Hoop Twist HH1 is assembled tool-free from 8 individual hoop sections using a click mechanism – ready to use in seconds. Just as quickly, you can disassemble it into its individual parts and store it away to save space in a closet or bag. This keeps your fitness equipment handy at all times without taking up much room.
Fitness fun for the whole family
With its playful character and high fun factor, hula hoop training is a motivating fitness method for all ages. Whether for adults or children aged 6 and up: the colorful HH1 can be flexibly adjusted in size, making it a versatile workout tool for the whole family – gentle on joints, great for boosting your mood, and effective for building muscle, coordination, and blood circulation.
