16 resistance levels for every fitness level
From relaxed endurance rowing to intense intervals: With 16 finely tuned resistance levels, you can adjust the RA11 precisely to your workout. Levels 1–8 stand for easy beginner training, levels 9–16 for a demanding, intense workout – a rowing machine for the whole family.
Powerful magnetic brake system with double flywheel
The dual flywheel system creates a powerful, smooth magnetic resistance of up to 45 kg – about 37,5 % more power than comparable entry-level equipment. At the same time, the RA11 remains very quiet and works self-powered completely without cables.
Whisper-quiet operation – perfect for apartments and multi-family homes
Thanks to the magnetic brake and smooth-running rail, you train with very low noise levels. That way you disturb neither family nor neighbors and can row at any time, even early in the morning or late at night.
Robust steel dual-rail design with 6.5 % incline
Two sturdy steel rails ensure smooth, tilt-free movement and support users up to 135 kg. The built-in 6,5 % incline makes the rowing workout more intense, while after your workout, the RA11 can be stored vertically using only about 0,27 m² of floor space.
Flexible rowing workouts thanks to Bluetooth & app control
Via Bluetooth, you can connect the RA11 to compatible fitness apps like Kinomap* and row virtually through real landscapes. The workout display provides you with all key data in real time: time, distance, strokes per minute, total strokes, and calorie burn.
Thoughtful details for added comfort
We have thought of everything: non-slip pedals with securing straps, a practical water bottle holder, smooth-rolling transport wheels, an ergonomic seat, and an adjustable tablet and smartphone holder – for a comfortable workout suited for everyday use.
Versatile full-body workout for every training angle
When rowing, your legs, glutes, back, core, arms, and shoulders work together in one fluid motion. Whether classic rowing, bicep curls, or back pulls – the RA11 allows various grip and movement options, targeting almost all major muscle groups.
Effective fat burning with HIIT & rowing
Rowing burns plenty of calories and is ideal for combining with HIIT. Alternate between intense rowing intervals and exercises like jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and core training – boosting your fat burning and cardiovascular system particularly effectively.
Integrated Bluetooth pulse receiver for heart-rate-based training
For targeted training in your desired heart rate zone, the RA11 features an integrated Bluetooth pulse receiver. It connects wirelessly to common heart rate monitors, such as the AsVIVA AWS2 heart rate watch (optionally available) – allowing you to keep track of your heart rate at all times.

Quiet magnetic brake system – ideal as a rowing machine for apartments
The centerpiece of the RA11 is the low-maintenance magnetic brake system with dual flywheel. It generates a powerful, smooth resistance of up to 45 kg while remaining whisper-quiet. This allows you to train in apartments and multi-family homes without disturbing family or neighbors. Since the rowing machine operates self-powered, you do not need a power outlet and are completely flexible with placement.
16 resistance levels & 6,5 % incline for intensive full-body workouts
With 16 finely tuned resistance levels, you can tailor your workout precisely to your fitness level – from light endurance rowing (levels 1–8) to an intensive workout (levels 9–16). The integrated 6,5 % incline provides a more challenging training position than many traditional rowing machines and activates additional muscle groups – ideal for effective cardio and strength-endurance training at home.
Robust steel dual-rail system & high maximum load
Two durable steel rails guide the seat smoothly and stably, ensuring a safe, tilt-free movement. The RA11 is designed for a maximum user weight of 135 kg and built for regular use in your home gym. The ergonomically padded seat and non-slip pedals with securing straps provide added comfort and a secure grip.
Bluetooth, app control & clear workout display
Via the integrated Bluetooth interface, you can connect the RA11 to compatible fitness apps like Kinomap to make your workout more interactive and motivating. The workout display clearly shows all key metrics: time, distance, rowing strokes, calories, and the current resistance level. The adjustable mount allows you to position your tablet or smartphone securely in view.
Heart rate-based training with integrated pulse receiver
For targeted training in your desired heart rate zone, the RA11 features an integrated Bluetooth pulse receiver. It pairs wirelessly with standard heart rate monitors such as the AsVIVA AWS2 heart rate watch (optionally available). This allows you to train heart-rate-controlled, monitor your workload, and get more out of every workout.
Vertically storable & space-saving – the rowing machine for small spaces
After your workout, simply store the RA11 vertically using only about 0,27 m² of floor space. Thanks to built-in transport wheels, it can be effortlessly pushed to the side. This makes the RA11 the ideal choice if you want to buy a rowing machine that is space-saving, quiet, and training-intensive at the same time – perfect for apartments and small workout spaces.
