Workouts on an indoor cycle have grown into one of the most popular fitness trends. The AsVIVA S11 offers everyone the opportunity to enjoy effective endurance training, improve fitness, and strengthen the cardiovascular system – right in the comfort of their own home.
Infinitely adjustable resistance
The load resistance of the speed bike can be manually and infinitely adjusted before and during your workout. This allows you to individually adapt every session to your goals – from a relaxed warm-up to fat burning and intensive muscle-building workouts.
Very quiet belt drive
The high-quality belt drive ensures smooth, quiet pedaling. Your workout remains pleasantly quiet – ideal for apartments and multi-family homes without disturbing family or neighbors.
Full-body workout for maximum fitness
Cycling is one of the most effective forms of cardio training and results in high calorie consumption. On the Indoor Cycle S11, you strengthen your endurance, cardiovascular system, and leg muscles while bringing your body into top shape step by step.
Intuitive LCD fitness computer
The clear LCD display of the fitness computer shows you all workout-relevant data: range, time measurement, speed, distance, calorie consumption, and heart rate. The menu navigation is simple, and all data is quick and easy to read.
Hand pulse sensors for heart-rate-oriented training
To monitor your pulse rate, the Indoor Cycle S11 is equipped with hand pulse sensors that reliably transmit all values to the fitness computer. Via the integrated pulse receiver, you can train specifically in your target heart rate zone – essential for effective fat burning.
XL Safety pedals with a secure grip
The non-slip and durable XL pedals with individually adjustable cages ensure a good grip and maximum safety during training. SPD clipless pedals from Shimano are optionally available.
Adjustable seat and handlebar
The right seating position is the foundation for a healthy, effective workout. The ergonomic saddle on the extra-long, freely adjustable seat post and the adjustable handlebar offer optimal conditions – suitable for body heights from approx. 150 to 185 cm.
Suspended X-Pro frame for greater riding comfort
The solid frame construction with a suspended X-Pro frame ensures a secure, tilt-free stance and noticeably increased riding comfort. This allows you to train stably and comfortably, even during powerful sprints.
Take-To-Carry system – space-saving & mobile
By lifting the rear, you can easily move the light 37 kg speed bike through your home thanks to the integrated transport rollers and store it in any location to save space.
