With electronic resistance adjustment, you can precisely select from 32 levels – extremely easy to set up and exceptionally quiet. This makes it as easy for beginners to get started as it is for ambitious athletes. The 16 computer-controlled programs are complemented by one user-defined, four heart rate, and one manual program, allowing you to easily put together your perfect workout program.

Train smart: Bluetooth, fitness apps & Kinomap

Via the integrated Bluetooth interface, you can pair compatible third-party fitness apps with the stepper. In an in-house test, the ST4 was successfully connected to Kinomap – the world's leading platform for outdoor training videos. Connect, stream, and train: explore real routes from home. The convenient smartphone and tablet holder ensures that your device stays securely within view.

Heart rate control with hand pulse sensors & Polar chest strap

For heart rate-based training, the ST4 measures your pulse via integrated hand pulse sensors on the handles. If you prefer greater accuracy, you can pair the included Polar chest strap via the integrated pulse receiver. These values dynamically control the four heart rate programs – so you can train specifically in your target heart rate zone.

Comfort & flexibility: Stride length, footplates & bottle holder

The adjustable stride length from 33.8 to 40.4 cm and height adjustment from 21 to 69 cm offer maximum flexibility for different body heights. Large, non-slip footplates provide a secure grip, the whisper-quiet belt drive ensures a pleasant workout experience, and the integrated bottle holder keeps your drink within reach at all times.

Sturdy, heavy-duty & easy to move

With a maximum user weight of 150 kg and a robust net weight of around 73 kg, the ST4 stands securely and tilt-free. Thanks to the integrated front transport wheels, you can still move the stair ergometer effortlessly – allowing you to position it flexibly in your home gym and push it to the side to save space after your workout.
