Magnetic Resistance – Silent Training
The permanent magnetic brake creates contactless resistance, making it exceptionally quiet. This allows you to work out even during quiet hours without disturbing family or neighbors – silent power for your home gym.
Smart-Knob Control with Fitness Display
Effortlessly control your workout via the smart knob: turn, click, start. The integrated fitness display shows time, distance, calories, and current resistance level – keeping all key data clearly in view.
Maximum Freedom of Movement Thanks to 3D Joints
The 3D joints on the rowing arms enable fluid, flexible training in any rowing direction. This closely simulates real rowing and ensures a natural, varied, and joint-friendly movement.
Full-Body Workout with High Muscle Activation
In a single fluid motion, your arms, chest, back, abs, hips, and legs work together. Rowing activates almost all major muscle groups – for high calorie burn, muscular endurance, and an effective cardiovascular workout.
Integrated Holder for Tablet & Smartphone
The integrated holder securely holds your tablet or smartphone. This lets you follow virtual routes in Kinomap or Zwift and comfortably keep your workout content in view throughout your session.
Ergonomic, Dynamic Comfort Seat
The ergonomically shaped Easy-Glide comfort seat glides smoothly along the rail on a ball-bearing roller system. It supports fluid movements, is gentle on your joints, and ensures a comfortable sitting position even during long sessions.
Whisper-Quiet Belt Drive
The high-quality belt drive delivers smooth and virtually silent power transmission. Combined with the magnetic brake, the RA12 operates quietly – ideal for workouts in apartments and multi-family homes.
Foldable & Space-Saving Storage
After your workout, simply fold the RA12 and roll it out of the way using the integrated transport wheels. The compact folded dimensions of 89 × 65 × 149 cm save space while keeping you fit.
90% Muscle Training in One Session
Rowing engages arms, chest, hips, abs, legs, and back simultaneously – an effective full-body workout in a single movement.

3D rowing motion – realistic and joint-friendly
The centerpiece of the RA12 is its movable 3D rowing arms: they allow for a natural, flexible stroke motion – even single-sided or alternating. This keeps your workout varied and comes exceptionally close to the feeling of real rowing. The fluid motion without harsh impacts is easy on your joints, making it ideal for relaxed endurance rowing as well as intense interval sessions.
32 magnetic resistance levels & silent drive
The electronically controlled permanent magnetic brake offers 32 finely tuned resistance levels – from a gentle start to demanding pro workouts. Because the resistance is generated without contact and a whisper-quiet belt drive transmits the power, the RA12 operates pleasantly quietly and requires minimal maintenance – ideal for apartments and quiet hours.
Full-Body Workout with High Muscle Activation
Rowing is one of the most effective forms of exercise, as it simultaneously promotes endurance, strength, and coordination. In one fluid motion, your arms, chest, back, abs, hips, and legs work together. This leads to high calorie burn and strengthens almost all major muscle groups – ideal for fat burning, cardiovascular training, and functional strength endurance.
Smart knob, fitness display & app connectivity
Using the intuitive smart knob, you can control resistance and programs in no time. The integrated fitness display shows time, distance, calories, and the current resistance level. Connect the RA12 to apps like Kinomap and Zwift via Bluetooth to train on virtual routes. For heart rate-based training, an optional chest strap can also be used.
Comfort: Easy-Glide seat, XXL pedals & easy-grip pull handle
The ergonomic Easy-Glide comfort seat with a ball-bearing roller system, XXL safety pedals with non-slip foot straps, and the easy-grip pull handle for various hand positions ensure enjoyable workouts. This allows you to train comfortably for longer periods while protecting your back.
Foldable storage & easy transport
After your workout, fold the RA12 to save space and effortlessly move it aside using the integrated transport rollers. Unfolded, it measures 198 × 65 × 116 cm, and when folded, just 89 × 65 × 149 cm. The rowing machine is suitable for user heights from approximately 140 to 220 cm and a maximum body weight of 110 kg.
