Optical heart rate measurement on the upper arm – keep your performance under control
The AWS2 optically measures your heart rate via an LED sensor directly on your upper arm – continuously and in real time. The sensors react quickly to changes in exertion, delivering stable readings even during dynamic workouts and interval training. The heart rate monitor is comfortably worn on the upper arm without any chest strap – and thanks to its water-resistant design, it remains reliable even during intense sweating.
LED colors show your training intensity
The color-coded LED display shows you at a glance which of the five heart rate zones you are currently training in: Green (≤ 120 BPM) for warm-up, Blue (121–135 BPM) for fat burning, Orange (136–150 BPM) for cardio and cardiovascular training, Purple (151–165 BPM) for muscle building and performance, and Red (≥ 165 BPM) for maximum intensity. This allows you to specifically control your exertion and train more efficiently.
Wireless via Bluetooth 5.1 – for indoors and outdoors
Via Bluetooth 5.1, the AWS2 reliably connects to compatible fitness apps, sports watches, and cardio equipment such as treadmills, ergometers, or bikes. The armband heart rate monitor is app-compatible with Kinomap* and Zwift*, among others.
