With the MG7, you train all key muscles such as abs, chest, back, arms, and legs. Thanks to the integrated fly station, you can perform unilateral and bilateral exercises – from chest flys to rows and lat pulldowns. Depending on the grip variation and angle, you can set different training focuses and activate entire muscle groups.

From beginner to pro: With 22 weight blocks, you reach a maximum resistance of 101,2 kg in total. The balanced weight increments of 4,6 kg each allow you to precisely adjust your workout intensity and increase your fitness level day after day.

The MG7 is more than just a cable pulley station: Use the integrated pull-up bar to perform pull-ups, dips, leg raises, and knee raises. Rubberized, sweat-resistant grip surfaces ensure a non-slip hold. The maximum body weight on the pull-up bar is 100 kg.
Includes ergonomic flat bench
The included training and weight bench attaches individually to the cable pulley station, expanding your workout options. The extra-thickly padded bench with a high-quality PU synthetic leather cover and sturdy steel construction has a maximum load of up to 150 kg.
Two single-hand handles & two triceps ropes included
Two single-hand handles with knurled, rotating grip surfaces ensure non-slip, flexible training from various positions and angles. For targeted triceps workouts, two 100 % cotton triceps ropes are also included – featuring end knots to prevent hands from slipping.
Optionally expandable – up to 8 m cable length
Thanks to carabiner hooks, you can quickly and easily expand the cable pulley station with optional accessories such as a lat pulldown bar, rowing handles, EZ bar, ankle straps, or forearm trainers. The cable length of up to 8 m also enables targeted movements like torso rotations and reverse flys.
