Broccoli and ham skillet with tortellini
Preparation: broccoli and ham skillet with tortellini
Preparation: 10 min., Cooking time: 20 min., Difficulty: normal; Type: main course; low-fat

Wash the broccoli, break it into small florets, and boil in salted water for 5 minutes until al dente.

Peel and dice the onion.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.

Dice the ham and fry for another two minutes.

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions for two minutes.

Add the cream cheese and a splash of milk to the pan and bring briefly to a boil.

Fold in the broccoli and tortellini and serve.
