Sliced chicken with vegetables and coleslaw (for 4 servings)

Preheat the oven to 140 °C convection.

Wash and halve the tomatoes, then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Season with salt and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash, clean, and slice the white cabbage and red cabbage into very fine strips.

Mix with a little salt, the remaining sugar, and the vinegar, then leave to infuse.

Pat the meat dry and cut into strips. Mix with ginger, soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil, and marinate for approx. 10 minutes.

Clean, wash, and chop the cauliflower. Fry in a pan in 2 tbsp vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes, seasoning with salt.

At the same time, fry the meat in a non-stick pan for 5-6 minutes.

Sort, wash, shake dry, and slice the spinach into strips.

Mix the remaining oil into the coleslaw. Arrange neatly side by side in bowls along with the cauliflower, meat, and spinach.

Distribute the roasted tomatoes over the spinach.

Serve with various Asian dipping sauces as desired.
