Stir-fry with chicken, vegetables, and rice (4 servings)

Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 25-30 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, wash, halve, and seed the bell peppers, then cut the halves into strips.

Wash, clean, and roughly chop the pak choi.

Pat the chicken breast fillet dry and cut into strips.

Heat the sesame oil in a pan or wok and sear the meat for 5-6 minutes.

Add the bell pepper strips and pak choi, deglaze with soy sauce and lime juice, season with chili powder and sugar, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Drain the rice, let it drain completely, and transfer into bowls.

Distribute the meat and vegetables on top and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
