In a bowl, mix the milk well with the water and chia seeds.

Covered, let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight.

Place the raspberries in a small saucepan with a splash of water and bring to a boil.

Place a very fine sieve over a bowl and strain or press the raspberries through until a smooth sauce forms.

Mix the prepared raspberry sauce with the agave nectar and let it cool completely.

Fill small dessert glasses with the chia pudding, leaving about one centimeter for the raspberry topping.

If you like, garnish the dessert with shredded coconut or flaked almonds.
