for chicken mozzarella burger and potato wedges

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into wedges. Place in a bowl and season with a tablespoon of oil and some salt, pepper, and garlic.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20 minutes until crispy.

Fry the chicken cutlet in a hot pan with a little oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, and cayenne pepper, and cook until golden brown. Finally, place two slices of mozzarella on top of the cutlet and let them melt.

Prepare a sauce from the yogurt, a tablespoon of curry, and a little salt.

Wash the lettuce and slice the onions into thin rings.

Now all that's left to do is assemble! Slice open the bun, spread with the sauce, and layer with the lettuce, onion, and chicken. Serve with the potato wedges and a bit extra of the sauce.
