Smart Knob – turn, press, train
A single dial controls everything: turning adjusts the resistance across 32 levels, pressing starts, pauses, or selects a program. The LED ring changes color to show you at a glance which zone you are riding in – green from 60 to 79 rpm for fat burning, blue from 80 to 94 rpm for cardio training, red from 95 rpm in the peak performance range.
All Workout Data at a Glance
The large LED display shows time, distance, speed, calories, watts, pulse, resistance, and cadence. The scan function automatically rotates through the values so you don't have to operate anything while riding.
Thoughtfully Designed Down to the Details
The magnetic brake system operates contact-free – quiet, precise, and virtually wear-free. The non-slip pedals with adjustable straps provide a secure hold, the comfort saddle can be adjusted to your size, and the integrated transport wheels allow you to simply roll the device aside after training.

Hand pulse sensors in the handles measure your heart rate directly while riding. If you prefer even more precision, pair an optional Bluetooth heart rate sensor – allowing you to reliably train in your target zone instead of by feel.

The H12 has no high crossbar to climb over. The frame clearance features a step-over height of 33 cm – just approach from the side, sit down, and get started. This makes a real difference when hips, knees, or mobility are a factor – and for anyone who simply wants convenient daily workouts. Recommended for user heights from 150 to 200 cm.
Smart Knob: one control for everything
Instead of a row of buttons, you operate the H12 using a single dial. Turning it changes the resistance across all 32 levels; pressing it starts or pauses your workout and selects programs. You can even do this while riding without taking your eyes off the display.
Color instead of guessing numbers
The LED ring around the display changes color with your cadence: green from 60 to 79 rpm for fat burning, blue from 80 to 94 rpm for classic cardio training, and red from 95 rpm for high performance. You can see out of the corner of your eye whether you are in your target zone – without having to check numbers.

The H12 connects to Kinomap and Zwift via Bluetooth. Ride real-world routes from all over the globe or compete against others. Your tablet or smartphone fits right into the included mount directly above the console.
