At the heart of the S18 Pro is the electronic gear shifting: using the up and down buttons on the handlebars, you can flexibly switch between 3 x 8 gears and a total of 24 resistance levels. This allows you to simulate uphill and downhill rides as well as flat sections, precisely adjusting the intensity of your indoor cycling workout at any time – from easy endurance rides to intense mountain intervals.

The integrated LCD fitness computer displays workout time, speed, distance, calorie consumption, heart rate, as well as the selected front and rear gear. 21 workout programs, 4 heart rate programs, and 4 user programs provide plenty of variety. Via the Bluetooth interface, you can connect the console with fitness apps such as Kinomap or Zwift and train on virtual road bike routes – the phone and tablet holder keeps your device securely in view.
